Correction:

The bit in between the road and the footpath is actually ‘tidy’ –  it is the bit beyond, back against the wall,  which is ‘an untidy mess’.

So we aren’t looking at native grasses, burnished to gold by the sun and rich with insects?

Its not a wildlife resource in fact?

I thought not.

Perhaps, just perhaps, what is happening in Pakistan at the moment is a little bit more important?
